Acceptance of Terms of Service
This Agreement sets forth legally binding terms for your use of Forceful Tranquility (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not accept the terms of this Agreement, you should leave the website and discontinue use of the Service immediately.

You may access Website and Content as available: for your information and personal use, as intended through the normal functionality of the Forceful Tranquility Service. For Streaming, “Streaming” means a contemporaneous digital transmission via the internet from the Forceful Tranquility Service to a user’s device in such a manner that the data is intended for real-time viewing or listening and not intended to be copied, stored, permanently downloaded, or redistributed by the user. Accessing Website audio recordings and videos for any purpose or in any manner other than Streaming is prohibited.

In order to be able to stream or download Forceful Tranquility Content from the Service and to view Forceful Tranquility Content on the Service, you will need to use a personal computer, portable media player, or other device that meets the system and compatibility requirements that we establish from time to time. We may change the requirements for compatible devices from time to time.

We strive to provide a quality experience, but we make no guarantee as to the quality of the Streaming of Forceful Tranquility Content that you will receive.

No Sharing of Subscriptions
Subscribers of Forceful Tranquility may not share, give or sell their password or username to any other person or entity. Excessive viewings or logins by any subscriber will be construed by Forceful Tranquility as fraudulent use of the Service, which will result in the immediate cancellation of membership without refund. When becoming a subscriber you agree to take all actions possible to protect your username and password from fraudulent use. Forceful Tranquility reserves the right to cancel any membership it believes has been compromised, or is being used fraudulently, at its own discretion.

Billing for Membership Subscriptions
Unless otherwise is explicitly agreed on, when you sign up for a subscription, you will be charged at the rate applicable at the time of your agreement to subscribe.

If Forceful Tranquility later increases the price of the subscription, this will not affect you. You will keep the same rate for as long as your subscription remains active, given that the Service has not been discontinued. If your subscription is cancelled for any reason, you will need to re-subscribe at the new current rate in order to regain access to the Service.

Cancellation
If membership is cancelled or terminated before the end of the applicable billing cycle, Forceful Tranquility will not reimburse the member for the remainder of that paid month. Members may cancel their membership at any time. Membership must be canceled prior to the renewal date in order to avoid additional membership charges.

Free Trial And Paid Trial
Forceful Tranquility may at times offer free trials for new subscribers. We require in this case that you provide a valid credit or debit card at the time you register for a free trial to ensure that you have continued access to your membership after the expiration of the free trial period.

In this case Forceful Tranquility will not bill your account until the free trial has expired, provided that you have not cancelled your account during the free trial period. You may only use a free trial once. Forceful Tranquility reserves the right to terminate any account that is using or trying to use more than one free trial. Because the Forceful Tranquility Service is offered in multiple time zones, for consistency, a “day” for purposes of this Agreement begins at 00:00 Central European Time and ends at 23:59, Central European Time of that same calendar day. It is very important to understand that you will not receive a notice from Forceful Tranquility that your free trial has ended and that payment for your subscription is due. If you wish to avoid charges, you must cancel your subscription prior to midnight Central European Time on the last day of your free trial period.

Forceful Tranquility may also offer trials at a reduced price. In this case the reduced price will be granted for a fixed period. After the end of that period the subscriber will pay the normal price applicable at the moment of subscription.

Limit of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Forceful Tranquility will not be liable for any loss or damages, directly or indirectly occurred, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Website, following any program, session or class and/or the information contained in it.

It is your responsibility to ensure that you are capable of undergoing the practice provided by any online programme or class that you follow on Forceful Tranquility. By accepting this Agreement you also certify that you have read Forceful Tranquility’s Safety Guidelines.

In no event shall Forceful Tranquility be liable for any damages whatsoever resulting from the statements or conduct of any third party or the interruption, suspension or termination of any services, whether such interruption, suspension or termination was justified or not, negligent or intentional, inadvertent or advertent.

Indemnity
As a user of this Website, you agree to indemnify us against any loss, damage or cost incurred by us arising out of any violation by you of these terms of use. You will also indemnify us against any claims that information or materials which you submit, post to or transmit through the site are in violation of any law or in breach of any third party right.

Ability to Accept Terms of Service
You affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, and are fully able and competent to enter into this Agreement, conditions, obligations, affirmations, representations, and warranties set forth in this Agreement, and to abide by and comply with this Agreement.

Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of the French Republic and you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of France. This will not prevent Forceful Tranquility from pursuing a claim for breach of contract, copyright infringement or otherwise in respect of these terms and conditions in any other jurisdiction throughout the world.

Restrictions
While Forceful Tranquility uses its reasonable efforts to maintain this Website in an accurate and up-to-date fashion it may contain some technical or other mistakes, inaccuracies or typographical errors. Forceful Tranquility cannot be held responsible for any mistakes or omissions on this Website.
